I came across this article out of Prevention magazine and it is quite possibly one of the best lists I have ever come across as far as great healthy food picks. I was very excited that many of my personal faves were included on the list (Chobani Greek Yogurt anyone??). We probably keep the majority of this stuff in our own kitchen, so I can pretty much put a Leanne stamp of approval on everything (except the non-vegetarian stuff, although I’m sure you could get a Matt stamp of approval on those things).
