#FebPhotoADay: Something New

Nothing surprising that my “something new” would be food related.  I came across this flax milk in the refrigerated section at Whole Foods the other day.  What caught my eye was the “1200 mg of omega-3” and the “25 calories.”  That’s even better than my beloved almond milk.  I gave it a try and loved it!  So good in cereal and perfect for my overnight oats.  So there you have it…something new to try.
