Friday’s Five Faves (and catching up)…

Wow. It’s been a crazy few weeks. Does anyone else feel like they are going in 20 different directions at one time?  I think I have given “multitasking” an entirely new definition.

Can I get an amen?

I am happy to report that we are all moved and somewhat settled. We made the move over the long Thanksgiving weekend and have worked on organizing over the past few weeks. Most of the boxes are unpacked, washer and dryer got here the other day, the last of the new furniture is being delivered this weekend, Christmas decorations are up (inside and out!), and our home is starting to look more like a home. Yay!!  I’m going to take some pics these weekend and will post them.

And finally, here’s what I’ve been loving lately…

* The new Christmas scent in the house…Yankee Candle’s Mistletoe.  Smells like fresh cut Christmas trees, without being too over powering.  Just perfect for this time of year.

* Zulily!  I think I’ve been having at least one package delivered every week.  You can get such great deals on cute stuff…all Baby Mac related of course:)  I’m dying over these onesies that just came in.  I mean, how appropriate is the dog one??

* This website Vine is really great too.  You can order all your natural household and beauty items in one place.  They carry all natural/non toxic/cruelty free/organic brands, have good prices, and you can’t beat the convenience.  We also just joined the Honest Company (Jessica Alba’s company for natural baby and household products), and so far I love the products.

* Palmer’s Cocoa Butter.  I am obsessively using this stuff on my belly and hips to hopefully ward off any stretch marks, but I’ve also started putting it on my elbows, knees and feet.  It’s so moisturizing and nice and thick…perfect for keeping my skin soft in cold, dry weather.  Pregnant or not, I recommend you get some of this.

*  Feeling Baby Mac move around.  Makes me so happy I could just cry…

Happy Friday, friends!!
