Motivation Monday

Lots of running this week! I didn’t even realize it until I started writing this post. I did mix it up between the treadmill and outside. It rained a couple of the days, so the treadmill came in handy, but Thursday and Friday were both cool and gorgeous, and I loved soaking up the sun.

Stats from last week:

Monday 11/28: 45 minute run (6.0 mph) on the treadmill

Tuesday 11/29: Ran outside for 40 minutes with a running buddy

Wednesday 11/30: 25 minute progressive run on the treadmill (6.0-6.4 mph) and a 45 minute Power Yoga class

Thursday 12/1: Ran 4 miles outside along the river with some running buddies

Friday 12/2: Ran 4 miles outside with a running buddy

Saturday 12/3: 60 minute Orangetheory Fitness class

Sunday 12/4: We were so busy running errands today, and the weather was nasty, but I did squeeze in a quick 2 mile run around the neighborhood, in the freezing rain nonetheless!

This upcoming work week is going to be a doozy, so I’m going to have to get creative with my workouts. I’ll probably have to fit in some early morning sessions, which is not my cup of tea. It may be my only option for a few of the days though. Got to do it when I can!
