Motivation Monday

I had another doozy of a week at work and had to majorly improvise and fit in short runs when I could. Plus I was still dealing with a cold and some stomach issues, so my workouts were relatively low impact and definitely low energy. I’m hoping to get back to my normal routine this week, but jury is out on that one. After tomorrow I have a nice two weeks off, although I will be busy getting ready for Christmas and then travelling to Savannah for a much needed vacay, which may cut into my usual workout routine. Definitely going to have to make time for it though. Lord knows how good the food is in Savannah! And like I always say, something is better than nothing:-)

Stats from this past week:

Monday 12/12: Ran 3 miles on the treadmill (6.0-6.4 mph)

Tuesday 12/13: 30 minute step class, 15 minutes of core exercises and 15 minutes of chest and back exercises using free weights

Wednesday 12/14: Ran 3 miles on the treadmill (5.8-6.2 mph)

Thursday 12/15: Ran 3 miles on the treadmill (5.8 mph)

Friday 12/16: Ran 4 CHILLY miles outside along the river with my running buddy

Saturday 12/17: 60 minute Orangetheory Fitness class

Sunday 12/18: Pretty much rested my body other than walking Cody around the neighborhood for 20 minutes
