Stats from this past week:
Monday: 25 minute run on the treadmill (5.5 mph with some varying incline) and a 45 minute Sports Drill class (alternating between cardio and strength intervals)
Tuesday: 60 minute Orangetheory Fitness class
Wednesday: Knew I had a luncheon to attend today so I got my booty up and headed to the gym before work to knock out 40 minutes on the elliptical.
Thursday: 45 minutes power walking on the treadmill with a heavy incline
Friday: 45 minute run outside with my running buddy and 15 minutes of weight exercises
Saturday: We were in Birmingham for the day so I could attend the baby shower of a dear friend, so I took a total rest day
Sunday: Did something really different today and participated in an indoor mini-triathlon with some friends…10 minutes of swimming, 30 minutes of biking and 30 minutes of running. It was fun! I never swim, so that part was pretty challenging for me, but I made it, maternity swimsuit and all:-0
